1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During new collection launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹999. The exact shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email or SMS
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Tracking link

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
7. Delayed Shipments
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- High order volumes
- Courier partner delays
- Government restrictions or unforeseen events
We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if significant delays occur.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video for faster verification.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate.
9. International Shipping
At present, WhiteBlacks ships only within India.
We plan to introduce international shipping in the future.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If Cash on Delivery is available:
- COD eligibility may vary based on your PIN code.
- Additional COD charges may apply.
- Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
may incur additional shipping charges for re-shipment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any shipping or handling costs.
