At WhiteBlacks, every product is made with care and quality. Please read our return and exchange policy before placing your order.


Returns

We currently accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received an item with a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A parcel opening video is recommended for damaged or incorrect item claims.

Size Exchange

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.

We offer one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.

If the requested size is unavailable, we'll offer:

  • Store Credit, or
  • An exchange for another product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (unless requesting a size exchange)
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
  • Products damaged after use
  • Washed or worn garments
  • Products without original tags
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


Exchange Process

  1. Submit your exchange request.
  2. Our support team will review the request.
  3. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.
  4. After quality inspection, we'll dispatch the replacement product.

Shipping Charges

  • If the error is on our side (wrong, damaged, or defective item), WhiteBlacks will bear all shipping costs.
  • For size exchanges or other customer-requested exchanges, return shipping charges may apply.
