2. What material are your T-shirts made from?
Our T-shirts are made from 100% premium heavyweight cotton (240 GSM), offering a soft feel, excellent durability, and an oversized streetwear fit.
3. Are your T-shirts unisex?
Yes. All WhiteBlacks T-shirts are designed with a unisex oversized fit and can be worn by everyone.
4. How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to help you choose the right size.
5. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We currently deliver to most locations across India.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we ship only within India. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
7. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also use the Track Order page on our website.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
10. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong item.
Please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
11. Can I exchange my T-shirt for a different size?
Yes. We offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
12. How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through major payment methods, including:

- Popular Digital Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected PIN codes.
14. How should I wash my T-shirt?
To maintain the quality of your T-shirt:
- Wash inside out.
- Machine wash in cold water.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron directly on the printed design.
- Dry in the shade for best results.
15. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
16. Do you restock sold-out products?
Some products may be restocked based on demand, while limited-edition designs may not return. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
